I can purchase property on behalf of you and put it in a tax efficient structure SPV for you, my company can manage your property on behalf of you. Your property will be secured in your name. We can work together to expand your property portfolio in the UK, I am looking for long standing relationships to keep re-investing.

Who Am I？

I am a property Investor and Asset manager with support from other Investors who also invest and develop on the UK, I am looking to constantly find more developments and expand our portfolio of residential and commercial entities . I am based in the East of England but not limited to just the UK I am looking to expand further outside of the UK. I am originally from Africa and have supported investors from Africa and outside of the UK- I understand the anxieties and fears associated with foreign investment.

How Do We Do It?

We work closely with our investors to find out what their needs are first, Once we understand their specific requirements we can offer support to purchase property for them in the UK. We work very well with domestic and foreign investors. We work closely with you as we will aim our strategies to align with yours working closely together. I can support as an Authorising Officer with business immigration to the UK. Supporting International Self Sponsorship Visa applicants.
