Properties in Suffolk had an overall average price of £339,721 over the last year 2021 – 2022

The majority of sales in Suffolk during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £482,105. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £297,410, with terraced properties fetching £246,983.

Overall, sold prices in Suffolk over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 13% up on the 2020 peak of £301,951.
