Is the office for national statistics reliable ?

Who funds the ONS ? 

The ONS is funded directly by the Economic & Social Research Council with a dedicated portion of the total investment in ADR UK  / https://www.adruk.org/

Should i Trust the ONS and does the Banking world Trust the ONS? 

The Bank of England currently does /  https://www.bankofengland.co.uk/statistics

Can I compare the data with other sources to prove the validity of the ONS ?

I know this look like lazy writing 😋, however with discussions held in close quarter with clients from outside of the UK these are fairly frequent questions that come up – so this is for them to access and share … 😎
